Academic Status & Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy

You can access the complete text of the Academic Status and Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy here.

Students being placed on probation will receive a registration hold when they receive probation until they meet with a member of the Academic Advising staff regarding support services.  They are also required to meet with their faculty advisors early in the Spring semester to review their academic progress.  They will be able to register for no more than 13 credits for subsequent semesters until they are no longer on probation. Students on probation may not participate in extracurricular activities, although for the first semester on probation they will still be eligible for financial aid.  Subsequent semesters on probation will result in a student losing his/her financial aid eligibility.
